Live Club, Dushambe, Tajikistan
Ru: the audience was modest, but they made up for it in enthusiasm at Dushambe’s Live Club. Mainly ex-pats, the crowd went mental with headbanging and pogoing aplenty during our 2 hour set. When we finally finished at midnight, they complained that we weren’t playing any more!
Travka: Twas in true White City fashion. ½ of the community were in lock down due to some kind of ‘security threat’ [Code name for this announcement is White City] So turn out was a little low, but of the punters that could make it they gave as much energy as the band. The aim of this gig [for us] was to test our new songs out on a crowd that has been traditionally tough on our un-commercial sound. I think the results were good, we rocked, they rocked.
Ru: we did our first photoshoot on top of Kulola Pushta hill in Shar-e-Nau, Kabul.
